Unis will exchange or reimburse product within 14 days from the ship date. All goods must be returned in perfect, unused condition along with a copy of your initial invoice. All hangtags and labels must remain on garment. We require that you email us so that we can issue an Exchange or Return Authorization #. We will then be able to reserve and prepare another style/color/size. Please emailreturns@unisnewyork.com. Please include the following in your email:
- Name and Address
- Order #
- Short Description of reason of RETURN…OR
- Style/Color/Size of what you would like to EXCHANGE
with a short description
In case goods are NOT available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed (excluding shipping charges).

Your account will be credited within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

SHIPPING
Unis ships via UPS Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Shipments to Canada are done via USPS. Please note all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday, excluding holidays. In case of an incomplete delivery, only the items shipped will be charged.
